Mignonette Sauce Classic

Ingredients
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar or Champagne vinegar
- 1 tablespoon minced shallot
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 12 large oysters, freshly shucked
Instructions
- Stir vinegar, shallot, and pepper in a small bowl. Drizzle over oyster

- 1/2 stick rhubarb, finely chopped
- 2 French shallots, finely chopped
- 3 oz. red wine vinegar
- Pinch of sugar
- Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Stir vinegar, rhubarb, shallot, sugar and pepper in a small bowl. Drizzle over oyster
